Kids and Teens Classes

These classes are a fun mixture of learning techniques, the value of cooking from scratch and a dash of nutrition. Choose from one of the suggested menus or design one with Debra. All menus come with a healthy drink.

Soups On:
Vegetable soup with mini meatballs, corn sticks, home made chocolate pudding with home made whipped cream

Pasta Perfect:
Homemade pasta with cherry tomato sauce, four green salad with homemade croutons and ranch dressing, strawberry short cake with home made whipped cream

The Lunch Box:
Create an eye-appealing-delicious and nutritious Japanese-style lunchbox. Pinwheel sandwiches, potato salad in a tomato cup, fruit skewers with yogurt dip, Japanese fried chicken nuggets, banana - chocolate chip muffins

Tex Mex:
Homemade chicken fajitas, guacamole, fresh salsa, bananas Foster (sautéed bananas with vanilla ice cream)

Japanese:
Vegetable maki-zushi (yes, kids can roll sushi), cucumber salad, egg-flower soup, strawberry and orange gelatin dessert in orange cups
